Company background
Stricto Lato was founded by two experienced professionals who,
while working for one of the largest and most traditional global
management consulting firms, noticed the unfulfilled demand for
high-level services at reasonable prices and under flexible project
format conditions.
In December 2001, Stricto Lato was launched with a clearly focused business
plan, rigorously checked for feasibility. Stricto Lato was trusted with client

Paulo Janousek
Paulo holds a post-graduation in Business Administration and Finance from FGV
and a bachelor degree in Computer Science from UNICAMP.
A managing partner with Stricto Lato, Paulo had his introduction to
management consulting by working with McKinsey & Company in Brazil,
in the United States and in Canada.
Previously, Paulo held Information Technology management and development positions
with a number of companies such as HP, Solvay and Wyeth / Fort Dodge, having also
led important task forces in the Financial area.

Consultants
Stricto Lato consultants are recruited among the most experienced professionals
in the marketplace.
Stricto Lato follows high standards of human resource allocation, which translate
into the following differentials:
Studies are always led directly by one of the partners, with an executive role,
and not only playing "account manager" as can be the case with larger consulting firms.
The profile of human resources can be the same as in larger firms,
but fees will be quite smaller.
Since project teams are variable costs, there is no pressure to allocate
unneeded resources, keeping teams even more cost-effective.
